Cancellations Policy.

1 – 2 ROOMS  -  You may cancel a room or shorten/amend your stay without charge any time up to 10am 5 days before your arrival, If you cancel a guaranteed room or shorten your stay within the last 5 days before your arrival date (or during your stay), or fail to attend, you will be charged for all night's accommodation per rooms booked. Bookings cannot be moved once a reservation has been made and will be charged appropriately.

3 – 4 ROOMS & EVENT CLASS 'B'  -  You may cancel a room or shorten/amend your stay without charge any time up to 10am 14 days before your arrival, If you cancel a guaranteed room or shorten your stay within the last 14 days before your arrival date (or during your stay), or fail to attend, you will be charged for all night's accommodation per rooms booked. Bookings cannot be moved once a reservation has been made and will be charged appropriately.

GROUP/EVENT CLASS 'A'  -  You may cancel a room or shorten/amend your stay without charge any time up to 10am 28 days before your arrival, If you cancel a guaranteed room or shorten your stay within the last 28 days before your arrival date (or during your stay), or fail to attend, you will be charged for all night's accommodation per rooms booked. Your card will be charged for the full amount on the 28th day before the event on a non-refundable policy. Bookings cannot be moved once a reservation has been made and will be charged appropriately.

By placing a booking with Kirkby House, you accept the cancellation policy and agree to the terms above, credit/debit cards will be charged automatically where a cancellation or fail to attend occurs. As a standard policy credit/debit cards are pre-authorised 10 days before arrival for the full amount. Kirkby House reserve the right to amend, change or cancel information, pricing, menus or products served or provided at Kirkby House without any prior notice.

What we provide in your room.

Your room comes complete with complimentary towels, hand  soap, tea & coffee making facility, digital television with 30 channels,  DVD player, radio alarm clock, hair dryer, iron and board and in the event that you have forget an important item we have a small selection of toiletries for sale.

Arrival and Departure Time.

Rooms are available from 4pm to 11pm on the arrival date (please let us know if any alternative arrival time is required).

Latest arrival time is 11pm please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 11pm.

Your room must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure (please let us know if any alternative time is required).

Other Information

Car park – To access the secure car park, head height of 8 foot maximum is required.
