Kirkby House Three Fish Smokery
Cod smoked haddock and salmon combined in a creamy white wine sauce with smoked paprika and capers.
Luxury duck liver and pork pâté with orange & cognac Liqueur on a bed of fresh leaves with red onion chutney crusty roll and butter.
Closed cup mushrooms smothered in a creamy garlic Tuxford and Tebbutt stilton sauce with toasted brioche bread (V)
Fanned chilled Melon slices and fruits of the forest

Our roasted crown of turkey served with, Yorkshire pudding, honey roast parsnips roast potatoes and pigs in blankets topped with rich stock gravy.
Succulent slow roasted leg of lamb drizzled with minted stock gravy.
Pork and Apple Sauce
Rolled Belly Pork stuffed with apricot, herbs and smoked back bacon then slow roasted served with apple sauce, cider gravy and a piece of crackling.
28-day dry aged mature prime beef oven roasted and generously sliced accompanied by thick stock gravy.
Baked salmon steak with a citrus butter sauce and Italian basil pesto crust.
Artisan Vegan/Vegetarian Pumpkin Seed & Chestnut Roast
Roasted in the oven then drizzled with a blackcurrant and madeira wine sauce.
All the above come with a medley of fresh vegetables roasted potatoes hand raised Yorkshire, honey roast parsnips and pigs in blankets and lashings of thick stock gravy
Brioche St Clements
Our own brioche pudding with morello cherry, lemon curd, brandy-soaked sultanas, steeped in homemade custard topped with demerara sugar then baked in the oven.
Ice Cream Sunday
Chocolate, vanilla and strawberry Ice creams garnished with Belgium white chocolate, wafer and sprinkles.
Chocolate & Orange Gateau
A moist gooey orange sponge with pockets of sticky orange curd and smothered in a rich chocolate fudge. Finished a zig zag of orange chocolate served with Chantilly cream.
New-York Cheesecake (GF VE V)
A gluten free oaty biscuit base topped with a sweet vegan cheesecake style topping accompanied with a mango coulis and fruits of the forest.
Eton mess is a traditional English dessert consisting of a mixture of strawberries, blue berries, meringue, and whipped cream.
Stilton and Cheddar Slate (£2.95 supplement)
Duo of Tuxford stilton, mature Taw Valley cheddar a selection of crisp biscuits, olives, and red onion chutney.
