Freshwater Crayfish tails smoked salmon cream cheese cornets on a bed of mixed leaves dressed with an ocean sauce served with slices of baguette and dairy butter. 
Mushrooms in stilton cream jus (£6.95) 
Fresh closed cup mushrooms gently sauté in mixed herbs then smothered in a creamy stilton garlic sauce served with stone baked baguette. 


Chicken Italiano (£14.95) 
Oven roasted breast of chicken stuffed with mozzarella and pepperoni, rolled in Parma ham, glazed with mornay sauce served with crushed roasted potato and broccoli. 
Salmon Carbonara (£14.95) 
Scottish Salmon steak and freshwater crayfish in a rich carbonara sauce topped with mature cheddar cheese and oven baked 
choose lemon and herb rice or sauté potato and a pea puree. 
Pan Seared Seabass (£16.95) 
A large prime fillet of Seabass seared in a covered pan to preserve the texture, the flavour of the fish speaks for itself, so we add only a little lemon butter, we recommend rice or sauté potato with this dish.

Pan finished Slow roasted seasoned boneless belly pork filled with herb stuffing and thin slices of Smoked back bacon served with black pudding, buttery mash and cider gravy.
